Unfortunately it is a poor choice for a defense. It is not being argued that atheists are not logical, what being argued as that atheists see religion as root of all evil and thus try to suppress it, kill it off for a greater good, etc (a direct threat to religion). Therefore, your reasoning is not complete here as it doesn't fully answer the debate. The correct way would be to differentiate majority vs. minority in atheism where an extremely small but a very loud minority does not speak for us all. --- Indivisible.
