Dispensationalist

Dispensationalists are part of a subcult of Christianity who hold the belief that they will fly (magically) up to heaven because they are perfect in their belief. This of course won't happen until the Second Coming, which in turn won't happen until the Apocalypse.

As these people want to fly to their heaven they have no moral checks that keep sane people from starting wars to try to initiate their apocalypse. They are a death cult who want nothing short of widespread death and destruction to fulfill a prophecy they see in their bibles (or more accurately what someone else has told them is in their bibles). Due to this they are dangerous, should be avoided, and at all costs prevented from holding any kind of power over weapons of mass destruction.
